RecruVia is an online recruitment marketplace platform, initially focused on the legal services sector in India. It has been founded by legal professionals with a vision to (initially) bring legal recruitment up to date with modern best practices. We aim to evolve our product and business model into one that can be scaled into other verticals and markets with similar hiring characteristics.

By providing a tech enabled intuitive and easy to use platform, we aim to put jobseekers and employers directly in contact with each other, by removing intermediaries/headhunters/consultants - thereby seeking to avoid the inherent ineffeciencies, conflicts of interest and pitfalls of traditional recruitment models.
