Customers can book appointments and interact with SME’s easily. Market for the Product - Completed the primary research with Salons. They are very much interested and excited about the scope of the platform as it will help them stand out. Identification of the problem statement – In USA, most of the appointments (80%) are booked online. Most of the salons are under occupied during weekdays with under 30 % utilisation. Most of the good restaurants are overlooked because of the restaurant chains. Journey through the ideation stage - Using targeted analytics to send promotions to those customers who want to spend less on quality services.
