Position
Experience: Hands on experience 1-2 years. Fresh wordsmiths, with an interest in food content and digital marketing. Should be very articulate and active in blogging and on social media. Have a flair for creating engaging content. Need not be a slave to SEO keywords, but will need working expertise to mash and edit pictures, video and text. English proficiency and food vocabulary is a must. Once on the job mastery of techniques to edit images and video is critical. Do not apply if you are looking to delegate this. To sum up you will be doing a healthy mix of one on one sales and content, with a dash of marketing.

Role
We have a unique futuristic role, which requires you to evangelise our party order booking platform to restaurants, caterers and venues. Once we acquire them, you need to create their offering and advise actively. Ideate and plan events that you can publish and market for them through our network. Ideally, we do not want to split this role into Sales and Creative.

Event management
Today has three legs. 1.Pre-event hype 2. The event 3. Post event amplification to relevant audiences. We need your content to drive 2 and 3
If the above is all jargon, then visualise yourself doing this!
Step 1
Target a restaurant, make a pre-sales, Live demo. Call, schedule an appointment and go for a closure
Step 2
Onboard him. Get him comfortable with the back end, content management system, order and pricing processes. Excite him about the offerings he can create.
Step 3
Execute the vision. Stimulate the client to experiment more and commit audience acquisition budgets through us. We link everything to orders and are very ROI driven
Step 4
Acquire more customers, till your hands are full. How many will be determined by activity and billing?
Step 5
Now you have earned your wings and are ready for an assistant and more remuneration. You could achieve this in one month or six. In a startup, there are no year long appraisals. You will be rewarded as you scale.

He is a serial entrepreneur with three internet companies, where he created a strong product and revenue track, leading to investments and 5 X valuation multiples for investors. He started BindassParty in 2014 as an investor and mentor and now has taken a full-time executive role.
