At BizAcuity, we prefer quality to quantity, hence we have been very picky when it comes to selecting a candidate for the team. We do both lateral as well as freshers hiring. For freshers, we have been selecting candidates from tier 1 colleges like IIIT, IIT, NIT. The process of hiring freshers is quite streamlined and we have been successful in retaining some of these highly talented guys for years now. For lateral hires, we have very strict selection process with 2-3 rounds of technical interviews. We don't want to build a large team, instead we have built a smart team.
