Product/Service Summary

Bombay Atelier makes furniture and lighting products that have a functional and Indian design identity. We work directly with craftspeople all over India to combine the best of traditional Indian crafts with modern design. An example is our Namaste Chair: www.bombayatelier.com/namaste-1/

Bombay Atelier products are created specifically for the urban environment of residential and commercial spaces, giving us both B2C & B2B customers. We dispel the misconception that Indian products either have to look cheap and generic, or ostentatiously ornate. Our products are beautiful, functional and built to last.

Our B2C customers, such as Karan Johar, are delighted to decorate their homes with Bombay Atelier products. Our B2B customers include Barclays UK, Calvin Klein, Godrej India, Hyatt Hotels Mexico, Microsoft & Tommy Hilfiger. With invitations to exhibit at Milan Design Week and annual revenues over $100,000, it is clear that we are making something people want.
