Our suite of services includes
1. A guest engagement chatbot - which runs on Facebook Messenger (other platforms coming soon) and engages the hotels to communicate personally from pre arrival to post checkout with guests.
2. A staff side app - which helps manage workflows of requests arising from BOT or any other channel. Providing a single screen for all request management
3. Profile Builder - Through BOT conversations hotels get crucial guest preferences which can be used to position offers & messaging in future interactions (work in progress)
