Job Description
Aaloo.in is an internet grocery player based in Mumbai. Its a 3 year old firm that is now poised for rapid growth in a fast evolving industry.

We are looking to hire a Chief Marketing Officer. Ideal candidate would be one with 10-12 years of sales & marketing experience in an ecommerce environment. Main responsibilities - to lay out strategies (both online & offline channels), work out a marketing budget (fine tuned to the resources in hand) and be the main driver in achieving traffic flow to the website, customer additions and conversions as well as customer retentions in order to scale up the business to the desired level.

Initially, this will be a part-time role with a few full time executives reporting directly. These executives will be responsible for onground execution of strategies. As the business achieves scale, the CMO will be expected to take up full time responsibilities. Compensation would include sweat equity.
