1. Generating leads based on business exigencies for increasing business and building a clientele database. Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
2. Identify, negotiate & manage strategic relationships with potential and prospective IT / NONIT clients derived out of the leads for permanent and/or contract staffing PAN INDIA
3. Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new verticals. Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
4. Coordinating with top level people among client, develop and promote brand name. Be a point of contact between the client and the team.
5. Bring new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts; integrating requirements with business operations.
6. Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required.
7. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics.
8. Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments.
9. Conducting seminars at colleges about the training modules of our company.
10. Updating Students with latest Job opportunities and conducting mock interviews.
