Job Description
Role Summary:
The project manager is responsible to look after the development of web platform and mobile applications of Filmboard. The incumbent in this role will have to be hands-on with coding for the  open source applications along with AWS management. The person will also be responsible to manage the complete project development . He/She will have 1 – 2 developers reporting initially and the team size would be ramped up gradually. Once created, regular management of the complete platform will also be the responsibility of the incumbent in this position.

List of Roles & Responsibilities:
1.    Code and develop the Filmboard’s web and mobile platform
2.    Follow good coding practices; for eg. proper commenting is being done while coding
3.    Project Management of the software development including Version control, adherence to timelines, meeting milestones and ensuring that the software is ready to use in the stipulated time.
4.    Manage the team of developers by giving them daily/weekly coding targets, monitoring progress vis-à-vis timeline set, maintaining a strong control of the project schedule & ensure that team deliver the software on time
5.    Optimize the website on an ongoing basis, based on the usage

Critical Job Requirements:

Knowledge & Skills    
•    Conversant on PHP – CodeIgniter
•    Tools for code management, version control, bug/defect tracking. Thorough familiarity with Github, Bitbucket etc.
•    Project Management exposure

Job Description
Role Summary:

The head of operations is responsible for vendor management for Filmboard. The incumbent in this role needs to get the vendors registered and then categorized and listed in the correct segment. The person will also need to build and manage SOPs for registration, methods and processes to engage with the vendors and ensure that they are retained. The incumbent will have to manage a team of 2 – 4 field representatives initially, before the operations are scaled up nationally, after which the team would be ramped up accordingly.

List of Roles & Responsibilities:
1.    Identify geographies within the city of vendors
2.    Get the vendors registered; self and through the team
3.    Categorize and list the vendors under the correct “Service/Services”
4.    Vendor engagement and management to ensure retention of vendors by regularly going in the field and interacting with existing and new vendors
5.    Team Management: Build a team of field sales representatives, train & coach them. Work in the field with the representatives.
6.    Build SOPs, to enable the field sales representatives to get vendors registered. 
7.    Train the vendors on the Filmboard’s platform (including web and mobile): Engage with the vendors so that they just don’t stop at registration but also transact on the platform by responding to booking enquiries.

Team Summary

It is started by (Sandeep and Rajesh) two very experienced professionals in the media/entertainment and the technological fields respectively. They are batch mates from country's premium institute, BITS Pilani and with more than 20 years of experience each. Sandeep has worked extensively in the entertainment sector and has always felt that for such a sunrise industry, there is a high degree of inefficiency which is solvable. With the advent of technology, both the founders got together with the feeling that this is an idea whose time has come. Apart from addressing a relevant pain of the industry, we are also out to create a legacy of sorts. It has the opportunity to remain relevant for years and be a benchmark.
Sandeep did MBA from FMS and worked in the corporates before starting his own advertising firm. He has been an award winning film producer & director. Rajesh has been a serial entrepreneur primarily in the IT industry since the 1991. Currently owner of a software co. & mentor.
