Run professional services team of FormsDotStar with its own KPIs.
Define processes and manage collaboration with Sales team across the country.
Provide leadership for the customisation/s function and integrate strategic direction into the Customised Services program's activities and goals.
Select, build and develop the team by recruiting, training, defining staff development areas and providing ongoing feedback, coaching and training.
Define and develop Services offerings that meet the needs of our customers, drive new markets and/or expand existing market presence, and generate ROI
Develop strong working relationships across sales, product, marketing teams
Execute strong business practices to drive effective use of consulting methodologies within the team to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
Contribute to Product team by providing insight and feedback relative to customers critical business issues and solutions opportunities.
Improvise customer's adoption of FormsDotStar's technologies & initiatives and provide superior customer experience.
