Job Description
Work with Executive leadership to define  Support Strategy for current year and future.
 Run professional services team of FormsDotStar with its own KPIs.
 Define processes and manage collaboration with Sales team across the country.
 Provide leadership for the customisation/s function and integrate strategic direction into the Customised Services program's activities and goals.
 Select, build and develop the team by recruiting, training, defining staff development areas and providing ongoing feedback, coaching and training.
 Define and develop Services offerings that meet the needs of our customers, drive new markets and/or expand existing market presence, and generate ROI
 Develop strong working relationships across sales, product, marketing teams
 Execute strong business practices to drive effective use of consulting methodologies within the team to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
 Contribute to Product team by providing insight and feedback relative to customers critical business issues and solutions opportunities.
 Improvise customer's adoption of FormsDotStar's technologies & initiatives and provide superior customer experience.

Team Summary

Co-founders : Bikash & Devadatta have had previous corporate exposure at multinationals prior to jumping to product.
A sales team of 8 people drive the front end sales. Tech team of 5 people continue the product build.
3 people handle the Client Servicing team and Support Team of 10 people handle the applicant support call-centre.

Forms/Application Management Software : We provide enterprise SAAS models to educational organisations. Our clients use our platform to enable online form system including online payment to accept applications for various courses/events/any other purpose. We have different modules which helps to drive more number of applications and other benefits

How are we different?

We have positioned our product as the revenue driver instead of being a cost driver. Our features and workflows have helped increase the number of applications for our customers. We have not only created an efficient application management system, we have also aided in creating a platform for pro-support to the applicants, increasing the brand exp.
