In the 21st era, we are still using paper based feedback forms which are long, boring, not intuitive and doesn't motivate anyone to fill it. Fungroo is changing that. We help our clients to measure and manage custom satisfaction

How are we different?

1) One of the few SaaS tools which does end to end customer satisfaction process management. Definition of questionnaire + ticketing system + Analytics tools packaged in one.
