Growth Marketers are fearlessly creative, willing to measure everything, be able to admit failure, get shit done but never say its done. And, they have a knack for intentionally not doing things just because “that’s the way it has always been done in the past”. What worked for someone else yesterday, will not necessarily work for you today.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager that is passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed to help drive our growth. The Growth Marketing Manager will also own our acquisition marketing engine to deliver against an aggressive target. We’re excited about candidates who have a strong results orientation and know how to create value in a small, fast paced, and high performing team.
You will:
• Develop and execute marketing plans to acquire new users
• Optimize the website / product experience by partnering with product, marketing and sales to penetrate target audience and reach our aggressive conversion rates
• Interact directly with users to help them through to a successful outcome
• Measure marketing initiatives against metrics to quantify campaign success and identify improvement for future campaigns
• Develop and execute testing and optimization efforts spanning messaging, positioning, pricing and promotions
• Gather voice-of-customer to influence and enhance user experience and optimize flows
• Drive production of marketing and sales collateral to help with conversion flows
• Work with the Marketing team & develop written and audiovisual content (blog posts, info-graphics, tutorial videos, host webinars, etc - All forms of content) to help with customer acquisition
What we want in you:
• 3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing preferably withing B2B/B2C Internet companies.
• Expertise in data-driven marketing. Ability to analyze complex data sets
• Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and using customer insights to drive strategic decisions
• Conversant in multiple marketing and sales channels; knowledge of SEM, email, sales development, and product user experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ‘get-it-done’ environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Having experience with growth hackings tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes, Zapier to automate workflows...

Job Description
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer to join our Founding Team, who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

  - Develop new user-facing features
  - Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  - Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  - Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
  - Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  - Work directly with the CTO of a fast growing tech startup from India

  - Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  - Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
  - Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
  - Good understanding of AngularJS, ReactJS, etc
  - Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
  - Experience working with Code Ignitor, Bootstrap.
  - Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
  - Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as {{Git / Mercurial / SVN}}
  - Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.

Bonus Points:
+ If you have a product dev experience of 1-2+ years in web/mobile startups with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web applications.
+ You're an incessant problem solver and tougher the problem gets, more fun you have.
+ You've proven in the past to showcase the previous point.
+ You love to own end to end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production end and finally monitoring.
+ Experience building Single Page Applications.
+ Experience building for mobile platforms (Android/iOS).
+ Experience writing unit tests, visual regression tests.
