Job Description

The position required by Glossaread Technologies Pvt Ltd is that of a Sales/ BD role which will involve

Expected Role Responsibilities

#identifying business partners, 
#making the appropriate business pitch, 

#striking the deals 
#holding the business relationships.
#to develop the relationship 
#cross sell 

Evaluation of the Role
Glossaread will also attach weights to the roles and define them as KRAs.
Base Role in Sales :
This role needs to have 0-2 yrs of Sales experience. Glossaread will prefer to have candidates with either 0 yrs of experience or at least 2 years of experience (in 1 place). 

0 yrs / fresher : ( at this stage of the start up )

Expected pay : INR 3.6 lacs p.a (with a variable component built in )
Goal Setting to be defined on the basis of business objectives during the recruitment period.

2 yrs : experience, will have a reference to the last drawn salary. 

Team Summary

Glossaread has been founded and majority funded by me. I have led the conceptualization and the business architecture of the idea and the market potential of the same. With over 16 yrs of cross media P&L experience in the domain, I understand the problems and the gaps.

Shuhaid Lambe, a tech developer by profession leads the tech architecture of the build for Glossaread. He has been VP-Technology, Barclays Bank, and prior to that has led technology solutions in iflex solutions, Capgemini, Morgan Stanley etc. He has over 15 yrs of technology lead and build experience.

The others in the team constitute development/ coding team (of 2 dedicated members) with over 3 years of coding experience. There is a full fledged legal and finance team backing Glossaread on all the required relevants parts. We have an operations lead, Prerna Kapur handling the backend console with relevant back end experience.

We are mentored and advised by Mr. Arun Tadanki, Ex - MD of INSEA, Yahoo! Inc.
