Job Description
Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned

• Develop ideas derived from online/offline research and organize the same on paper or computer applications

• Sort out workable ideas by a process of elimination and keep eliminated ideas stored for future reference

• Write fresh content based on research and brainstorming by following instructions provided for each type of document

• Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, stories and social media to entice and engage audience

• Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written per instructions

• Ensure that web page content is edited properly to increase on-screen readability

• Think up titles for each piece of content keeping appropriateness in check

• Copy, edit and proofread content created by other content writers to provide detailed feedback

• Ensure that content contains sufficient keywords for search engine optimization

• Manage user-generated content on social media sites

• Manage the company’s social media presence

• Write content for newspapers and magazines keeping in mind the general structure and sentiment of the readers

• Develop prototypes and storyboards using a multitude of media creation and graphics editing tools

• Rewrite, paraphrase or write content from scratch depending on specific instructions provided in the work order

Team Summary

Shekhar is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta. He has worked for companies like Oracle, L'Oreal & EXL as well as for startups like Superprofs & Jabong. and is the driving force behind hireink because of his varied experience.
Ankur is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur. He has worked in Schlumberger as a technical consultant with a portfolio of eminent clients in oil industry. He has also worked in a BD role at Gloob Decor, and has handled turnkey projects for multiple companies.
We are supported by our advisors Mr. Prakash Bagri and Mr. Vivek Pande. Mr Bagri was Marketing head of Intel South East Asia and cuurently he is visiting faculty at IIMA, IIMB, IIMC. Mr. Vivek Pande was CEO at UCB and Held CEO positions (last 24 years) across: RETAILING of LIFESTYLE Brands.

At hireink we have built a Hiring Management Platform to cover end to end recruitment process.
Recruiters use multiple options like classifieds, recruitment agencies &social media to find a fitting candidate. However, each of these options has different providers with different platforms, keeping track of which is a tedious task. Post shortlisting the number of tasks further increases, with screening tests, interview scheduling & assessments coming into the picture.
We make hiring efficient by allowing participants in the hiring process to interact with each other on our platform.
We connect recruiter to multiple job portals & recruitment agencies. The client can choose the enlisted agencies or invite his own vendor to do candidate sourcing. Also, the job provider can tap his entire social network on Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter. All applications are routed to Hireink ATS, where options like scheduling, feedback, offer letter, vendor analysis, user management are provided.
