HopOn is B2B & B2B2C startup related to urban mobility providing end-to-end commute solutions for companies. 

HopOn has a cloud/SaaS platform that has three key features - optimisation (distance, time, vehicle occupancy, vehicle usage, etc), communication (company, vendor, driver, passenger, external party) and tracking (navigation, ride completion status, delay, etc).

Revenue model
Transport billed on a per-trip basis. HopOn has margin between vendor rate and client bill rate
Transport tech SaaS services: HopOn charges on pay-per-use(trip) or user count based subscription service
