For us, the ideal candidate is the one who has a wand and a knack for creativity. Practically, the requirements goes like this:

- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop nicely peppered with a bit of Illustrator, Indesign, and similar software.
- Knowledge of HTML.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Born creative (Not mandatory. If you experienced an infusion of ideas at any stage of your life, you'll do just fine).

Chandan Pandey, an IIT-G alumni, is the founder of Indusuno.com. He founded the company along with Saimadhur Vutukuri and Siddhartha Vutukuri.

Siddhartha Vutukuri is also the founder of 6th Elment, an F&B chain in south india.
