Innolat offers a cloud-based personalized learning platform to increase the employability of undergraduates from non-metro cities of India. Our platform – “iLrnn” acts as a learning enabler where students subscribe for outcome-based personalized courses and interact with industry experts and peers for knowledge sharing. This creates a virtual school environment but yet keeping the learning personalized by focusing on individual weak areas.
Our platform is backed with data-analytics algorithms for learning tracking. We are also developing Artificial Intelligence based chatboat to assist student in learning.

How are we different?

Our blended learning platform clubs the advantages of online and offline learning modes. Along with individually customized courses to strengthen the weak skills of any student, the students also collaborate with industry-experts and peers on our online interactive forum for the flow of knowledge from industry to students (This unique combination makes iLrnn act as a virtual classroom with collaborative yet personalized learning). We also gamify the entire learning process by awarding skill based rankings and ratings which changes dynamically based on students performance.
