About the Role
The role requires driven individuals with a creative flair and a passion to work. The role will provide an opportunity for working on a wide range of assignments on a day-to-day basis. The key skills required are sales acumen, team management and business development.
Ultimately responsible for sales figures
Drives client acquisition and retention
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas for regions; projects expected sales volume and profit for all products.
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Creates SOPs for on boarding, training and performance evaluation of sales executives
Responsible for creating and maintaining master database of all clients
Researches and analyzes sales options
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
At least 3 years of work experience in core product sales, preferably education
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication skills
Innovative in a startup environment
The role will be based out of Gurgaon.
The remuneration would be between INR700,000 and INR1,000,000 per annum.
