Product/Service Summary

We plan to sell shoes by setting up our own high quality manufacturing and supply directly to the consumer everywhere in India, thereby eliminating the need for wholesalers and retailers. This would allow us to cut costs while side-by-side maintaining high quality standards.
We also wish to sell via offline retail stores (in tier 1 cities and later on in Tier 2 cities as well) for the customers to get a feel of the product if they still feel reluctant purchasing online.
We wish to provide highly affordable footwear with state of the art technology and even extend our services to remote areas as well where people have limited access to high-quality products, without burning a hole in their pocket.
We wish to develop an app (and a website) where a user is able to try at least 2 sizes before making a purchase (for 1) at the comfort of his home. The customer can pay for 1 pair (via prepaid more or COD) and opt for a range of sizes (upto 3) to try and get that online.
