KuberBox is looking to bring a co-founder on board to lead company's Sales & Marketing.
Among other things, you'd be doing
1. Identify new innovative ways to market to TG
2. Bring CAC down and boost customer loyalty.
3. Forge strategic tie-ups for bulk sales, or a continuous sales window.
4. Identify individuals for KPP program (Direct sales)
5. Training & Induction of KPP Partners.
6. Offline and online seminars for KPP program
7. lead company's digital marketing plan
8. Hire and nurture a talented team
9. This is a co-founder role. That doesn't mean you will be handed out a business card on the first day. You get to earn your position. Stay with the company for couple of months, work with it. Show that you are convinced with our vision or convince us of your vision. Let's find out if we have complimentary skills or not, let's find if we can together be a part of a great team. Once we establish these, we will have you as one of our co-founders.
10. Must be ready to sacrifice everything.
Location is not an issue. If our idea excites you and we feel you are a great addition to our team, we are ready to move cities. But this can happen only after the initial gelling-along period.
