Dhiraj has over 18 years’ experience in healthcare and technology sector. Previously worked at Centre for Development of Telematics and Reliance Communications. Dhiraj is responsible for the business development and on ground marketing activities of MedicoExperts. Siddhartha has over 16 years’ experience in Technology, previously worked with Reliance Communications. He leads the technology development and digital marketing team of MedicoExperts.

Currently employs a talent pool of 13 personnel for business development, marketing and technology and 1 in-house doctor responsible for reviewing and referring cases.

MedicoExperts is an online tertiary care telemedicine platform enabling patients to connect super specialist doctors from best hospitals and in turn enables cross border Medical Tourism. Currently present in over 12 countries through its MedicoExperts Connect center (MECC) Network; developing India, Singapore, Malaysia, Bangkok and UAE, as key service provider destinations in the first phase, while other medical tourism destinations will be focused in subsequent phases.

Tie ups have been done with 170 world class hospitals in India, Malaysia and Bangkok; with patient traffic coming from Africa, Middle East, U.S. and Europe.

Company has two revenue streams – 1st stream is Medical Tourism wherein MedicoExperts coordinates surgical procedures; average ticket size is USD 5,250–out of which ~10% to 20% is MedicoExperts’ income. 2nd steam is telemedicine (video consultation of patients with doctors; average ticket size per consultation of 50 USD–out of which 40% is MedicoExpert's income
