The candidate needs to be able to manage orders from consumers.
He/She should manage co-ordination with consumers and merchants for service support and any other requirements
The candidate should have good interpersonal skills to help merchants in onboarding content processes
Liaising with logistics department on daily orders and ensuring closure of deliveries
Accounts receivables management and account reconciliation
Sample management – collection and return for shoots if necessary
Co-ordination with business and tech teams to check on status of functioning of beacons and tracking resolution of issues.
Preparation of analytical reports and MIS reports as required.
