• Managing the clients and making the necessary arrangements for good client experience.

• Operating EPBAX, incoming/ outgoing calls/ Messages
• Office/administrative support.
• Ensure that the receptionist area is kept neat and welcoming for all visitors and staff.
• Pleasant and charming personality.
• Strong communication, most importantly oral and presentation skills are required.
• Good quantitative and aptitude knowledge.
• Proficiency in using computers and telephone.
• Must possess customer service relation and coordination skills.
• Must be pro-active in approach.
