The team consists of 6 members in Sales, Content and Engineering. A mix of MBA, and engineering from reputed institutes like NIT's. The Sales team has collectively 30 man years of enterprise selling into both Large Enterprises and SMB while the engineering team has product and project management experience with IBM, Ericsson etc.

Playday is a SAAS based sales performance company that uses game mechanics, content and technology to deliver and measure product knowledge among distributed sales reps. It also reduces the go-to-market time of new sales hires by 50%. Any device compatible. Winner of People Matters "Futurism in Talent Management" award for 2014.

How are we different?

We understand sales content and how product knowledge should be delivered in byte size format. We use interesting game mechanics to make an immersive learning experience thus making knowledge fun and engaging.. While most tech platforms are designed for the manager, our UX/UI design is focused on the user - its lightweight, social, and gamified.
