Job Description
We are looking to grow our core team by hiring a ‘Marketing Analysts’ to help us take the Remedy Social platform to more individuals in need for preventive care every single day. The key responsibilities for this individual will be to drive user acquisition through various strategies including:
 Working on “user acquisition” strategy for a high growth healthcare start-up
 Organizing various user acquisition drives at our corporate clients (e.g., testing camps, lectures)
 Organizing various health awareness events at various gyms, fitness centers, and various other avenues
 Developing new innovative user acquisition strategies to bring more people to the Remedy Social platform

While these key responsibilities are clearly defined, we are a true start-up that believes in brew our own coffee and post our own couriers culture. We are looking for people are highly driven, have a very hands-on approach to work, and share our passion for improve health of people, no matter what it takes.
Ideally the candidate should have:
 Strong passion to work in a start-up environment
 Good communication skills to engage with customers
 Keen interest and enthusiasm for sales and marketing
 Interest in healthcare sector and a desire to make a change

Team Summary

We are now a team of 12 and expanding rapidly every month. Team is led by Dr. Purav Gandhi, who is doctor/MBA, and has co-founded a healthcare analytics start-up out of Boston in past. We have 6 engineers (including 2 tech co-founders), and 5 marketing specialists. We have an advisory board of 6 physicians from Harvard, Mayo, AIIMS, etc.

Product/Service Summary

Remedy Social is a preventive health platform, that helps create a personalized health check-up and improvement plan for people using a series clinically validated algorithms. Our algorithms have been proven to save 80% cost on preventive check-up, making it convenient and cost-effective.

How are we different?

Currently people have to spend Rs. 5000-10000 for a preventive check-up, when they don't even have a disease. We do a simple 5 minute assessment with 20-25 basic questions and generate a personalized health check-up plan, using clinically validated algorithms. This has been proven to be 80% more cost-effective, and helps people get started.
