Our company is a new age start up in real estate allied services, transforming the traditional approach into a tech driven solution for all the stakeholders. Due to continued growth of the India business they are looking for a young dynamic technical leader who has demonstrated experience in building the complete SDLC for product.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and own the sustainable services engineering organization structure in the company, extending architecture and design.
Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Core member of the founding team and lead on all the technical aspects of the venture
- Lead the development and delivery of technical roadmap taking into account the need to build or integrate products and platforms that adequately balance the need for speed to market, scalability and differentiation.
- End to end responsibility for the product from technology selection to architecture, design and delivery as per agreed timelines.
- Build and lead a team to deliver all tech aspects of the venture.
- Owner of the Product, technically & Operationally
- Designing & developing web based product end to end
- Proposing technology solutions as business analyst
- Creating & scaling up the product with latest technology
- Crucial role in business & technology roadmap of the product
- Past track record of Designing and developing of web based product / e-com site etc
- Good Analyst of business requirements & capability to propose technology solution
- Desire to design new tech products, like apps, analytics, Big data, AI, etc.
- Responsible for operation and technical development of web portal / mobile app / CRM single handedly & later on with a team.
- Experience in Designing DB schema
- Lead engineering / product teams
- Experience is understanding of revenue goals of the product.
- Experience in technology migration to latest stack
- Building sustainable engineering organization structure in the company. Lead the tech hiring strategy in the company
- Crucial role play in the business and technology roadmap of the product.
To qualify for this role you will require :
- Hands on cutting-edge technology and new delivery model

- Well versed with troubleshooting and problem solving skills
hands-on working knowledge in: - Cloud computing; - My SQL ;- Java script ;- Web services ;- Nodejs - AJAX ;- Angular JS ;- Android ;- IOS ;- Spring data ;- PHP ;- Algorithms ;- J query ;- Mongo DB ;- Web application design ; Product Management tools ;- User experience & User interface
What we want :
- 2 - 8 years of solid experience building impeccable products.
- Should be a B.Tech/M.Tech/MS - Computer Science. Preferably from IIT, but no bar for rockstar coders.
- Ability to understand the complexities & build a large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Since the tech-stack isn't defined, expertise in any scalable open source programing language will work.
- Should be highly technical & very hands on.
- A lunatic about code quality. Cannot tolerate simple formatting discrepancies.
- Come with positive attitude, great drive & vigour.
- Share company's vision.
- Willingness to work in the fast-paced life of Mumbai in South area.
Past & Present Experience:
- Superior design thinking with high bar for quality standards
- The desire, urge, passion for coding, testing, prototyping, designing, deployment & maintenance of the projects.
- Tried their hands at front end development (HTML, CSS)
- Advanced level skills framework design and backend technologies (PHP, NodeJs, Java, MySQL, MongoDB, cloud programs and server tech
- Sound understanding of app development frameworks (iOS & Android)
- Should be able to build a strong team, guild and motivate them
- Previous responsibility for web and mobile platforms, communication platforms, data warehouses, billing and payment platforms, recommendation engines, experimentation platforms etc.
- Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior to enable venture success
-Someone with Mobile experience would be preferred
Salary Range : Fix+Var+Performance Bonus+Direct Equity
Salary Structure: No salaries for first 6-9 months, Direct equity sharing. Post 6 months, basic salaries coupled with incentives & allowances, followed by market-linked salary structures.
