About The Role :
We're looking for a co-founder to serve as the Head of Operations of ReMint. You will be part of the co-founding team and will be in the driver's seat as we build world's most dynamic and widely used cleaning platform. And you as Head of Operations, will not just be delivering on the cleaning operations and plans; you will very much be in the thick of defining the vision, road map and strategy for ReMint along with your other co-founders.
What Are We Looking For :
- Simply put, we are looking for an experienced guy in the facility management / cleaning space.
- You love to build superior Supply Chain, technology, operations & support teams and have what it takes to lead a team of extraordinary individuals.
- Obviously, Over time, you will also be leading the entire ReMints- Operations, on a national basis.
- So it's critical you have a demonstrated track record of leading and/or working with high caliber teams, hiring, retaining & empowering them for growth.
- 5+ years of hands-on Facility management experience at a leading real estate / facility management / Aggregator Company is a plus.
- Having said that, we are not a stickler for duration of experience. So if you're falling short of what we're asking for, but still believe very strongly and are able to demonstrate your passion, that you have what it takes to lead from the front at ReMint, then do get in touch and we will be happy to discuss.
- Exposure to startups is definitely a plus, but not a prerequisite, meaning, working on an ownership basis.
What education is required :
- An MBA from a premier institute like IIT's / IIM's is preferred, but optional for proven HiPo guys.

What's On Offer :
- There's very substantial equity on offer. You should ideally be able to sustain yourself without any remuneration for the first few month (read 6 to 8 months, although we are open to considering a sustenance pay well before, as things progress, but suo-moto, ownership). Needless to say remunerations will be re-calibrated post our first round raise, based on the boards approval of salaries for co-founders. Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Core member of the founding team and lead on all the technical aspects of the venture

- Superior design thinking with high bar for quality standards

Salary Range : Fix+Var+Performance Bonus+Direct Equity
