Greetings!! We are on hunt for talent to create our initial but core team who is always expected to work on deliverables from Day1, with very minimal guidance or supervision.
You need to clear your final interviews cum meetings in Hyderabad and if selected induction training, and model cum product training in Hyderabad. Work location will be primary Hyderabad, and one should be willing to travel much within city and outside city. The location from where you will be expected to work will be decided later stage. If you opt for any other locations apart from Hyderabad - you must also have sound plan to work on, basis which I may either approve or not.
Job position: Account Manager (India)
1. Initiating cold-calls, nurturing leads, prospecting new clients, regular follow ups
2. Should be able to perform on individual roles
3. Presentation preparation, showcasing company to clients/prospects.
4. Understanding client's dream/requirement.
5. Helping client in visualizing and advising the appropriate solutions.
6. Transferring of knowledge to our Designing & Development ventures
7. Staying in loop between customer and designing team to ensure customer gets exactly what was intended.
8. Stay tuned with the customer to grow his/her business and create cross-sells & up-sells opportunities.
9. Giving your customers that professional touch, which in-turn ensures you to drive huge references.
10. Stay updated with organizational goals, mission and vision.
11. Implant in your daily routine - learn always attitude, highest performance metrics, to do approach.
12. Would need to travel to other cities either to client locations within city or outside city or even to places/locations where our development centers are located for knowledge transfers (if work demands)
13. Love lots of travelling (within city and outside too)
14. Creating New Strategical business model(s) for driving sales.
15. Managing team of Sales executives / managers – as it will be the future flavor.
16. Leading the model while its implementation till its completion by delivering results.
Upon continuous business flow, in future the duties, responsibilities and KPIs/ KRAs would change.
Authority & Reporting matrix: You would be reporting to your supervisor - Head: Marketing & Communications and any of the higher level members in organisation.
Future prospect: As clearly indicated initially, we are taking up our initial stage employees. It means you get the very first chance to lead themes and teams, as you are known as Core team if selected.
