Product/Service Summary

Stay Simple Resorts is India's first chain of leisure resorts in the mid budget segment. With direct control over service delivery, we aim to provide a fun holiday experience with local activities, food, sightseeing, adventure built into packages, which are customized for three major segments of customers (Individual families, corporate groups and student groups).
Resorts are taken on a long lease (ranging from 5 to 10 years). We currently have 12 operational resorts. All resorts, in the first full year of operations, provide for a gross margin, exceeding 25%.
So far, we have covered destinations in Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Goa and Rajasthan, with the intent to be a pan India chain.
Our offerings are based on what a customer requires of a vacation (Food, activities, local experience, clean rooms etc), which are clubbed and sold as packages, rather than selling room nights alone.
