Team Summary

Our business is a collaboration between three good friends: JohnMcCabe, Shivajith Sreenivasan and
Rajesh Aruketty. We haven’t bothered with job titles, but John basically runs the Irish and European side
of the business and is responsible for the companies overall strategic growth, Shivajith runs the Indian
operations and is responsible for overall finance of the company.
Our advisory board is made up of individuals across many industries who have shared thoughts on
growth, development, and design.
We have a team of 10 highly talented and committed IT professionals of varying experience and skill sets
who between them have more than 100 years of design, development and implementation experience. The technology side will be lead by Gibu George and delivery would be headed by Brijesh Gopinathan. Anoop K John will be responsible for Enterprise Architecture and Viswas Menon will be responsible for Data Analytics and System Security.

Product/Service Summary

Swift Wallet is developing an e-wallet platform that integrates loyalty program and payment solution into
a single platform. This will not only allow customers to more effectively use their loyalty points but also in
making the payment seamless. From Merchant’s perspective, an integrated loyalty and payment option would mean an improved customer experience at the till. By setting the commission on transactions competitive, we would encourage merchants to give its loyal customer more discounts and offers. The product development is phased with initial effort to develop closed loop wallet where the marketing will target very specific customers and merchants, followed by the open loop wallet on completion of regulatory requirements. During each phase, we intend to introduce functionalities to the wallet that would keep the targeted customers from various demographics interested in the product keeping in mind their specific requirements.
