What will you be doing?
Your initial focus will include market research and Identify potential service professionals/providers.
Drive new service professional signups through personal meetings (Meeting many of them and plenty of field work initially) and phone calls.
Work with the product and marketing team to create, include market feedback into the product and to the marketing strategy.
Drive new seller signups through direct mail campaigns and other innovative routes.
You will be responsible for creating local marketing strategies and driving user growth campaigns.
What must you have?
Tech savvy – you love using technology to solve problems efficiently.
Maximum 2 years of work experience.Startup/small companies experience would be preferred.Fresher’s with the entrepreneurial mindset are welcome.
MBA/BBM or an engineering degree is preferred but a right candidate with regular graduation is also welcome.
Good command on written and spoken English,multi lingual proficiencies will be a big plus and the ability to create a strong rapport with partners and clients.

Tenaali is founded by two of us (Deepesh &Suraj Philip). I have worked over a decade in multinational companies. Prior to founding Tenaali, I was working with Thomson Reuters as senior Product Manager. Suraj has over a decade experience working in operations, Analytics roles and was working with Cognizant technologies before co-founding Tenaali.
