Purpose of the Role:
The Tele Sales Consultant will be coordinating, supporting and executing telephone & email campaigns through various sales & marketing channels to drive brand visibility, lead generation in support of corporate goals. The consultant will also have a primary focus in the online research, sales oriented and customer centric.
This requires an innovative thinking and problem solving along with an open and collaborative communication style are critical. The role is to evangelize TICK (Nexgen’s Flagship Product) from a branding perspective helping to transform manufacturing units, solving production issues with technology.
Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the account managers.
Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
Attend weekly meetings with the Corporate Account Managers to update information and discuss any issues
Liase effectively with all departments within Nexgen to ensure customer requirements are met.
Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
10+2 and higher
At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the software (or related) industry
Excellent telephone skills with high degree of accuracy on the computer
Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
INR 10,000 per month (fixed) + INR 2,000 per month (variable)
Variable component to be paid only after 12 months. If a resource leaves before the period, this amount will be with held.
Incentive will be INR 500 per every lead closed (when 100% payment is received from client)
