Team Summary

TinMen believes in keeping its team very lean and has a core team of five members managing it's 1000 daily orders. The two co-founders Mukesh and Chaitanya have worked together earlier on www.quickbasket.in, a hyperlocal grocery startup and incorporated their learnings into building TinMen. Mukesh handles technology and has built most of the tech in-house. He is an IIT Kharagpur alumni who has worked with Amazon and Oracle previously . Chaitanya handles operations and has an MBA from the Said business School at Oxford . He has worked with Deloitte and CRISIL.
The core team has one person covering operations, business development and customer service each and five full time delivery personnel. TinMen operates with a mix of third party, part time and full time delivery personnel on a daily basis.

Product/Service Summary

TinMen is an app based home-cooked lunch subscription service with its key focus on working professionals and offices. The App is available on the Android ,iOS and as a WebApp and is completely built and managed in-house. Currently serving in Hyderabad, lunch options include a variety of cuisines . Users can schedule their meals from over 70 different options on the App and need not order every day.
The App is hassle free and intuitive and has built-in wallet, ratings and referrals. Chefs also have a chef-facing app that relays orders and ratings.
