Job Description
Ours is a new-age recruitment solution with a mobile and a web product that will cater to job seekers and recruiters. We are looking for a Technical Architect to lead the development of two consumer facing products. Joining our team will give you a great opportunity to design and architect a highly scalable platform from the ground-up. You will also get to establish design principles, coding best practices and mentor the tech team. In short, you will lead the product-architecture and tech-team building effort.
  • Ideal candidate must have good experience working with either Java/Ruby on Rails/Python. 
  • Background of working in the mobile development space (Android, iOS) is a plus. 
  • Our solutions are going to be heavily based on data analytics – so hands on experience in any data analytics tools is a big plus. 
  • You need a strong grasp of architecture and advanced engineering principles and design patterns.

  • 4+ years professional experience in software development 
  • Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers

    -Proficiency in solving problems using machine learning and big data analysis

Job Description
Ours is a new-age recruitment solution with a mobile and a web product that will cater to job seekers and recruiters. Looking for passionate coders who enjoy building consumer facing products from scratch and are adept at employing algorithms to solve complex problems. 
  •  You will be part of the early technology team, will work closely with the founders to develop our product ground-up and will also mentor junior programmers. 
  • You will be required to contribute to discussions on solution architecture. 
  • You will be developing direct consumer facing products and constantly brainstorming on how to improve product design and performance.  
Must Have Skills: 
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in core java development 
  • Experience / good insights into application architecture 
  • Experience developing high performance services 
  • Experience working with atleast one web application framework in MVC Model.
  • Knowledge of Play Framework a plus but not mandatory 
  • Experience in backend Database preferably MySql. 
  • Must be able to design the DB and fine tune for performance and scalability 
Nice to have:
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Search engine/Elastic search / Recommendation engine/ workflow management / in-memory cache etc a plus 
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills 
  • Extremely team oriented, collaborative and flexible attitude to meet aggressive goals 
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
