Over 2 decades in IT & ITES working with CMS, PATNI, RICOH , GMC etc..& lastly with global no 1 CCM solution Swiss Software Major GMC Software Technology as MD for India & SAARC from 2009 to 2013. Purnendu leads from front and believes that a picking the right team can make huge difference in a bigger goal. Amol having more than 12 years of experience in Technology and was one of the key founding members of E-Zest Pune which has offices in Pune, Germany, USA with a 500 people development center. They are touching a turnover of 12 Million US$ in revenue and majorly focused on Cloud, Analytics and BI. He is in advisory capacity for technology as UNB & E Zest partner with each other for the creation, design, development, of the next generation data science platform which will be one of its kind in India.
SUNIL DANE - TECHNOLOGY (BOARD OF ADVISOR)
Sunil having more than 17 years of experience in Technology was one of the key founding members of E-Zest Pune which has offices in Pune, Germany, USA with a 500 people development center. They are touching a turnover of 12 Million US$ in revenue and majorly focused on Cloud, Analytics and BI. He is in advisory capacity in technology as UNB & E Zest partner with each other in technology. He will be responsible maintenance up time and integration of analytic tool which will be embedded to the platform. He ensure that a dedicated team of e zest ensure that the mission critical platform up-time in 24x7x365 mode.
PROF ABHIRAM RANADE - Chief Architect
Professor Abhiram Ranade received a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay in 1981 and a doctorate in Computer Science from Yale University in 1989. He was was an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley during 1988-95. Since 1995 he is on the faculty of IIT Bombay, currently as a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering. His research interests are in Algorithms and Combinatorial Optimization. He has been instrumental in designing & conceptualizing the architecture of the platform which will be a data science to predict & forecast the trucking industry unanswered queries...
MANOJ TAGADGHAR - SUPPORT TEAM LEADER
Manoj works with UNB for past two years and proved his skill set and know how in technology as he managed few of the biggest clients in CCM like NSDL & CDSL which can not even afford a delay of 5 minutes in trading hours. He exudes a lot of confidence and has proved his credentials.

Sai is with UNB for last two years and puts a sheer difference to the workflow as he knows how to execute the delivery to most demanding customers. He is a workaholic and constantly evolved as a non negotiable asset to our team.
VINOD VEERSHAM - BACK END SUPPORT
Vinod works with UNB for last two years and made his mark to ensure that our delivery is focused on maintaining the relationship with customer and understanding the feedback in right perspective. Sachin is with UNB for last two years and managed the office in keeping a vendor friendly approach. He ensures that we have to maintain a workplace in such a way so that we spend more time in office rather than home. He ensures that most of the critical deliveies are managed with utmost care and strong office environment. He ensure that all payments are being on target .
PRASANT MADAVI - OPERATION
Prasant is a operation guy with 10 years of experience and managed few of our most demanding customer operation . He understands the application and ensure that team is quite well looped to ensure that all preventive measures are in place to ensure and predict what can go wrong while cruising to a delivery execution. He builds teams and leads from the front and rarely takes holidays .
RESEARCH : UNB has partnered with S.J Mehta school of Mgmt IIT Bombay in going to for a dedicated survey to understand the solution fitment and architecture required to place it differently . UNB ran a survey over 3500 Sample consisting of Truck Owners, Transporters, Brokers, Agents & End Users to understand what lies ahead in building a different vision from competitors. Our positioning is quite different as we are focused on building a Eco system which will predict the availability of load and estimated time to deliver .

UNB is working closely with SINE IIT for last 3 months to ensure that few of the best guys join the race with a clear road map and on boarding few of the best minds with important lead role with ESOP .
We plan to recruit at least 7 guys from IIT Bombay and already shortlisted 3 guys . We are looking for a CTO guy from IIT Mumbai in the coming days as are on with the interview for few candidates currently.
