1)Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.
2)Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
3)Assist in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination based on the performance review.
4)Provide operational support and guidance to staff.
5)Assist in developing operating and capital budgets.
6)Monitor and control expense according to allotted budget.
7)Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training candidates.
