Product/Service Summary

Indus B2C Global is an offline Export B2B biz, offering company-owned Private Labels in Hair Extensions and Men's apparels. Hair is a $1 billion supply worldwide from India. Hair Extensions has more than 300 varieties and are popular in US, UK, Africa, Europe, Israel, South East Asia and Russia. Our Hair Extensions brand is LeModish. We started this business 2 years back and our current revenue run rate is Rs. 2 million ($30,000) per month. We are an asset-light company, primarily we source hair extensions from factories in Delhi area. We also export men's apparels brand Adara and Rajwada - we are sole International distributors of these brands - the supply is from a factory in Delhi itself.

We will utilize investment for opening International Hubs (Warehouse/ Office) in US (2), UK, Israel, Russia, Dubai, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Nigeria and Singapore. We project revenue run rate of Rs. 1 billion ($15 million) within 2 years of Angel investment upon establishment of these hubs

How are we different?

Superior customer experience, dedicated RM's, End-of-season sales only, Access to world-class brand worldwide bypassing China by manufacturing in India.

We participate in International Exhibitions - the last one in which we had a stall was in IBS, New York. Each 3 day exhibition generates Rs. 5 million ($75,000) of instant sales and order bookings of Rs. 50 million ($750,000). We are registered with Export Council's and on 12 International exhibitions every year (which have a tie-up with these Export Council's), we get a 75-80% subsidy from Government of India on the Stall booking. That makes cost of each participation in an Exhibition at Rs. 60,000/- ($1000) odd per person, including flight and stay - reasonable.

We will set up a completely mechanized factory in Delhi. It will have all the latest equipment as in China/ South Korea/ Vietnam factories and the hair extensions coming out would be machine built and not hand made.

This would be first of a kind factory in India.
