The electrical power sector high voltage equipment/devices needs to undergo maintenance or service works constantly to prevent damage to the power system high voltage equipment or devices, indirectly reduce revenue loss to power sector as well as consumers. In order to carry out these works, it requires of diagnosing tools called the high voltage (HV) detectors/tester it tells whether the HV line is in live or dead or induced voltage conditions.
