Key Requirements :
1. Should have a min 6 months - 1year of experience in selling recruiting 
2. You should be familiar with the sales cycle in the Recruiting Industry.
3. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in 
        achieving targets from a revenue standpoint. 
4. You should have account managed large clients. 
5. Ability to communicate is critical to the role.

4. Doing sales calls and doing meetings with prospects. 
5. Managing the entire sales process and ensuring the Sales targets are 
6. Account Managing Key Accounts.

Job Description

With our base infrastructure and features in place, we are wanting to take the next leap of faith by building intelligence and learning into the system to give an awesome candidate and employer experience.

We are now looking for the next key player in the team - A Technology Lead who would be able to execute our vision and take it to the next level. We believe the task is challenging and one of a kind so the individual we are looking for too is someone who believes in simplifying job search and powering it to the next level.

We are looking for a Technology Lead, a Full Stack Developer. As Full Stack developer, you will be a part of the product team to develop interactive cross-browser data-driven applications using open source tools and platforms.

You would need to have 2-4 Years of experience strong development experience in PHP and Ajax web application development experience, a Bachelors in engineering and the passion of a co-founder.

Roles & Responsibilities:- 
Coding and Development: The desired candidate will be responsible for developing next-generation web applications & software products
Design web-scale products following best coding principles, optimized coding practices and using open source tools & platforms. 
Integrating apps with cloud platforms like AWS or third-party machine learning API's. 
Analyzing requirements, problems and solving them with the best solution.
Producing high-quality code without much supervision and on-time delivery.
A high degree of passion about developing the ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies to meet business goals is crucial.
Actively participate in product review meetings and contribute with ideas for improvement. 
Proactively identify potential problems and opportunities to improve applications and processes, with emphasis on usability, performance, and security 
Proficiency in design patterns.
Extensive experience with writing code accessing and manipulating the databases.
Must have worked on Web Services, Recruitment, E-commerce, CRM, e-learning products, etc 
Interacting & working with the design team to match code with design layout.
Working in a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during entire SDLC.
Skills Required:
Frontend skills:
B.Tech Comp Science or equivalent degree. 
Expert with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap Framework, Responsive Web Design concept.
Front-end frameworks like Angularjs. 
Knowledge of SVG, Web Workers, Local Storage.
Backend skills:
Knowledge of PHP MySQL/MongoDB, PHP Code Ignitor.
Linux Server setup/AWS/GCP(any 1) 
Web Server:
Wordpress/Drupal(Preferred), Magento or OpenCart/Go Cart or Joomla.

Compensation - INR 200K - 600K per Annum

Product/Service Summary

Vyre connects employers and job seekers through intelligence and uses video as a medium. Our system summarizes key candidate information into a Vyre Card, which includes a 90 second video along with a profile where he can showcase his achievements, experience, skills and preferences.

For an employer, it provides a tool to attract and engage with candidates by viewing their Vyre cards. An Employer can ‘see’ a candidate right at the start of the hiring process before actually meeting him/her in person.

Employers can brand themselves by giving a candidate an insight into the culture and ethos of the organisation by way of creating engaging videos and video job descriptions. Additionally, Vyre enables recruiters to rate candidates. These ratings then form part of the candidate profile, enriching the database for the community.
