Xane is an AI chatbot built for enterprises for employee retention. It acts like a assistant of the CEO of the company and interacts with employees on behalf of him/her. The bot interacts with the employees of the organization on the collaboration platform they are already using for work(e.g: Slack, Flock, MS Teams, Skype, Hip Chat, Gmail, etc.). After having a 2-3 minute conversation with each employee it extracts a sentiment out of that conversation. With that sentiment bot generates analytics on who are the employees who are likely to leave the organization. So the problem statement here is Employee Retention. And we are trying to solve this problem by gathering quality feedback data through conversations and then generating actionable analytics over it.
