2-Wheeler service & repair market is worth approximately Rs. 20,000 Cr. Two types of players operate in this market: 1) Authorised Service Centre - which are very expensive, with questionable quality and least bothered about customer convenience; 2) Local roadside shops - where quality takes the backseat and one is never sure of what kind of parts are being used. There is a clear need for a player that addresses these customer needs (Convenience, Quality, and Genuine parts) in a holistic manner. ZapWheels aims to address these needs and provide a superior customer experience by merging the traditional service & repair with new age digital technologies.

How are we different?

Customer convenience and Quality is of paramount importance to us. That governs our operating model:
1. We provide doorstep service to the customer and carry out the service in front of the customer
2. We employ our own mechanics to ensure quality of service. We are now working on bringing in third party mechanics into the network.
3. Technology is the key driver that ensures superior customer experience. Technology will drive automation at the back-end and also provide us the edge through big data analytics.
