The partnership will focus on 3 key areas.

• India Investors SyndicateIndian investors will be able to invest into Israel via OurCrowd. OurCrowd will offer curated deals to Indian syndicates who will be able to invest via LetsVenture platform.
• Indian Start-ups showcaseOurCrowd will work with LetsVenture to showcase select Indian start-ups on OurCrowd platform. This will give selected Indian startups access to accredited investors globally (not just in Israel) and access to business development opportunities/connections.
• India FundBoth platforms will launch an India Fund to invest in Israeli,Indian and global startups with startup sourcing from startups on both platforms. The investment into this fund would primarily be from family funds/HNWI in India and OurCrowd’s global network of accredited investors.

In addition to this LetsVenture will facilitate 'Go to Market' activities for OurCrowd's portfolio companies to access the Indian market, which activities are under development by LV and are targeted to commence in 2018.LetsVenture started with the vision of making startup funding easy in India - funding one startup at a time.
