At LetsVenture Technologies Private Limited ("LetsVenture", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), we are committed to ensuring transparency in our payment processes on our platform.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which founders/startups ("Applicant", "you", "your") may seek a cancellation or refund of the Application Fee paid towards submitting an application for evaluation on the LetsVenture platform.
Please read this Policy carefully before proceeding with your application.
I. APPLICATION FEE
i. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable Application Fee of INR 4,499 (Indian Rupees Four Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Only) plus applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).
ii. The Application Fee is charged solely to cover administrative and preliminary evaluation costs and does not guarantee selection, funding, or any other outcome.
II. CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Once the Application Fee is successfully paid and the application is submitted, no cancellations are permitted.
2. The Company does not entertain cancellation requests initiated by the Applicant for any reason, including but not limited to:
i. Change of mind
ii. Submission of incorrect or incomplete information
iii. Decision not to proceed with the evaluation
III. REFUND POLICY
1. The Application Fee is strictly non-refundable.
2. No refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
i. Voluntary withdrawal of the application by the Applicant.
ii. Rejection of the application at any stage of the evaluation process.
iii. Delays in evaluation timelines.
iv. Applicant’s failure to complete subsequent evaluation steps.
3. Exception: Transaction Errors
A refund will be considered only in the event of a genuine transaction error, including:
i. Duplicate payment due to a technical error on LetsVenture’s platform or authorized payment gateway.
ii. Incorrect deductions where payment was unsuccessful but the amount was debited.
IV. PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING A REFUND ( FOR TRANSACTION ERRORS ONLY)
1. The Applicant must notify the Company of any transaction error within 2 (two) business days from the date of the payment.
2. Requests must be submitted via email to support@letsventure.com with the following mandatory details:
i. Applicant's registered name and email ID
ii. Transaction ID
iii. Payment date and amount
iv. Brief description of the issue
3. Upon verification,, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 (seven) business days from the date of approval.
4. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used by the Applicant at the time of transaction.
5. LetsVenture shall not be responsible for any delays in refund caused by the payment gateway, banks, or other external financial systems.
V. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
1. Payment of the Application Fee does not entitle the Applicant to any funding, investment, or partnership with LetsVenture or any third-party investors.
2. LetsVenture reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Applicants are advised to review the Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the platform and services after any changes to the Policy constitutes consent to such changes.
